Last Ninja is an on-chain last-man-standing game. Pay the kill fee to become the current Last Ninja. Every kill extends the timer. When the timer hits zero, the last ninja standing wins the entire pot.

Be the last address to kill before the countdown reaches zero. The full pot (minus a small protocol fee) is yours.

Core Rules

• Anyone can pay the current kill fee to become the Last Ninja.
• Each kill adds the fee to the pot, raises the next kill fee, and extends the round timer.
• When the timer expires with no new kill, the current Last Ninja is the winner.
• The winner can claim the pot manually at any time after the round ends.
• Anyone may start a new round once the current one is over. If the previous pot was unclaimed, it is automatically paid to the winner first.
• A small protocol fee is taken from each kill; the rest goes to the pot.
• All logic runs fully on-chain — no central server decides the outcome.
